For a developer dedicated to building organic communities, Al collaborated with Jason Carlow and Matthew Pryor on the design of an ecological resort. Organic products such as fruits, herbs, wine, and timber are grown on site to supply the local area. Through integrating the hotel, the villas, the row houses, and the health pavilions with agricultural landscapes which includes vineyards, orchards, lavender fields, garden terraces, livestock, and woodlots, a self-sustainable and vibrant community could be achieved.
